So the Clown sheriff sits on his marble throne and purveys over the vast expanse of the proles in Catahoula Parish and decrees himself supreme and all knowing. He has the backing of the Ministry of Truth and the Ministry of Love and the judge sufficiently paid off and tucked neatly in his pocket and all his pornosec protected by his minions. Soon he will command all before him, and in the surrounding parishes, to OBEY ME! or be arrested and thrown into the Toney’s House of Torture to be raped, stabbed, and flushed down his marble memory hole.
